How to shop on TWIST E-Shop?
1) Customer login
2) Select your favourite items
3) Click “Add to Cart”
4) When you have finished shopping, click “My Cart” at the top right corner to proceed to checkout.
5) Enter your shipping details and select a payment method
6) Confirm order and complete transaction
How to browse items?
You can first view new arrivals, TWIST picks, new products, most viewed items on the homepage, or find the items you need in the Men’s and Women’s categories:
Catalogue – New Arrivals, E-shop Flash Sale, Brands, Product Categories, including Handbags, Accessories, Footwear, Apparel and Jewellery. Clicking on a selected category will display the relevant items.
Product Search – Enter the product name, brand or relevant keyword in the search bar at the top, then click the magnifying glass to see the search results.
Wishlist – Add items you are interested in purchasing to your wishlist, so you can easily select them later from “Wishlist”.
How to add items to the shopping cart?
There are two ways:
1) Click the “Shopping Cart” button under the item
2) Click on the item, select the desired quantity and click the “Add to Cart” button
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
After order confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. You can also view your order details by clicking “Recent Orders” in “My Account”.
