Delivery Matters for Goods Purchased Online on Any TWIST Platform or at Any TWIST Store
Generally speaking, goods ordered online by customers on any TWIST platform or purchased at any TWIST store will be delivered to the customer's designated location within 2 to 14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the day after the customer places the order and we confirm acceptance of the order. We will make every effort to deliver the goods to the designated location within the estimated time. However, delivery cannot be guaranteed to arrive within the estimated time due to conditions such as severe weather, traffic congestion, and other unpredictable events. Once the goods are signed for, it means the customer confirms that the ordered goods have been successfully received and is willing to assume all responsibilities and risks for the ordered goods.
