Asia Miles

TERMS & CONDITIONS

i)10,000 reward points can be redeemed for 1,025 Asia Miles.
ii)Each member can only redeem Asia Miles once per calendar month. The upper limit of the redemption is 10,250 Asia Miles each time.
iii)Points are redeemed in units of 10,000.
iv)Members must login to the designated webpage at the TWIST Member Website and/or Member Mobile App for Asia Miles redemption. It will take around 6-8 weeks for the reward mileage to be credited to the member's Asia Miles account upon every successful redemption. Before any successful redemption for Asia Miles, relevant reward points will be temporarily retained to ensure sufficient points that are available for the requested Asia Miles redemption.
v)The time required to process Asia Miles redemption is beyond the control of TWIST. We assume no responsibility for any loss of points that may expire should the redemption is eventually unsuccessful.
vi)TWIST shall assume no responsibility for any failure of Asia Miles redemption due to provision of wrong Asia Miles membership number and/or username by the member.
